The dynamic flow balance valve is mainly used to solve the problem of hydraulic imbalance in fluid transmission and distribution network. When the system pressure fluctuates in the range of working pressure difference, it can dynamically balance this change and keep the flow constant of the pipeline.

working principle:

-When the pressure difference is lower than the minimum working pressure difference, the valve core is fully open, which is consistent with the function of orifice plate, and the flow rate increases with the increase of pressure difference

-When the pressure difference is within the range of working pressure difference, the valve core changes the opening according to the change of system pressure difference, so as to ensure that the design flow changes within ± 5% deviation range

-When the pressure difference is greater than the maximum working pressure difference, the opening of valve core is the smallest, which is consistent with the function of orifice plate, and the flow rate increases with the increase of pressure difference

-In the range of working pressure difference, the flow rate remains constant
