Constant differential pressure valve

Constant differential pressure valve is composed of hydraulic control valve main valve and pressure relief pilot valve. It is a commonly used pressure control valve to open and close the main valve through the opening and closing of the pilot valve. The valve is suitable for pressure relief of water supply pipe network or building water supply system, so that the system pressure is not higher than the set pressure value of the valve, so as to ensure the system pipeline safety or maintain the minimum water supply pressure of the pipeline in front of the valve.

When the pressure difference between upstream and downstream is higher than the set pressure of the system, the pilot valve will open automatically, and the cover cavity of the main valve will be filled with water, and the main valve will be opened at the same time.

When the downstream pressure reaches or is higher than the system set pressure, the pilot valve will close automatically, and the main valve will close at the same time.

Installation precautions:

1 in the upstream side of the control valve, it is necessary to install a filter to ensure that the water quality passing through the control valve is clean

2 in the downstream side of the control valve, the exhaust valve should be installed to remove the mixed gas in the pipeline

3. When the control valve is installed horizontally, the maximum tilt angle of the control valve shall not exceed 45 degrees

4. When the control valve is installed vertically, colaval company must be informed to purchase the corresponding spring accessories (optional parts)
