Adjustable pressure reducing valve

Flanged to ANSI B16.1 Class 125 and BS 1560 3.2

summary

Adjustable pressure reducing valve is a kind of pilot type pressure reducing valve, which is composed of hydraulic control valve main valve and pressure reducing pilot valve. The change of main valve outlet pressure is controlled by the pilot valve to enlarge the action of main valve disc. It is a commonly used pressure control valve; the valve is mainly used to depressurize the water supply pipe network or building water supply system, so that the downstream pressure can be maintained at a set value without the change of upstream pressure or The change of downstream water consumption.

Product features:

Hydraulic control, without external driving force;

The main valve has only one moving part, so the failure rate is low;

Diaphragm structure, no friction, high control sensitivity;

The pressure behind the valve does not change with the pressure in front of the valve;

The pressure behind the valve does not change with the flow rate of the system;

Good static pressure reduction effect;

The pressure regulation range behind the valve is large;
